Registration & Recording in the dailypoint™ MDB
The guest receives upon arrival a download-link for the dailypoint 360Plus™ -App. As a basic requirement during the registration-process each customer has to enter his e-mail details. This registration is stored in the dailypoint ™ MARKETING DATA BASE. This connection allows you to send the right offer at the right time to any guest-mobile device.
Shipment of Push-Messages
Targeted upselling offers can be easily sent via push messages through a campaign wizard. Depending on the capacity of the outlets messages can be sent to different target groups. This means you can provide a significant added value for your guests and generate additional revenue at the marketed outlets.
In addition, the guest has the possibility to request needed information about the hotel, the outlets, the menu of the restaurant or the spa treatments. This information can be accessed at any time - whether the guest is in the room, the pool or on a trip. There is no internet connection required. The design of the layout and the contents of the App itself will be individually tailored for each hotel. A Content Management System (CMS) provides easy access to the data to update it at any time.
