Graduate MBA, Mr. Michael Toedt is Managing Director
and Shareholder of Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. He is responsible for the
fields of marketing technology, consulting and data protection.
In the past, Mr. Toedt was regional
vice president of SANSORA INTERNATIONAL, a subsidiary company of the
Schoerghuber corporate group and accompanied many hotel associations
during the production of their central customer and marketing data
base. He was raised in his parents' hotel and after
completing a mercantile apprenticeship he graduated as cook to
be employed in the 5-stars restaurant Hotel Koenigshof in Munich. 1995
he began his course of studies of business economics at the University of Applied Sciences
in Munich. During this time he visited Cornell University, NY.
Besides his activities with Toedt, Dr. Selk &
Coll., Michael Toedt is assistant lecturer at the University of
Applied Sciences of Munich for the subject "Customer Relationship
Management in tourism" and as guest lecturer at various
universities such as the University of Applied Sciences of Bad
Honnef or Kempten, the hotel college Kaiserhof - Meran or the Vienna University of Technology. Furthermore Mr. Toedt is
referee for the BTG Bayern Tourist corporation and for CenTouris, an
Institute for Further Education of the Passau University, and
responsible as HSMA vice president for the South-East region.

Attorney-at-law Dr. jur. Robert
Selk is associate partner in the law office of Dr. Schmid, Dr. Selk
& Hoffmann in Munich. His doctorate was completed in the internet
and data protection area. Master postgraduate studies followed in
European and International Business Law (Master of Law, LLM). Dr.
Selk is a member of the work group IT-Law of the German Lawyers
Association, the German Association for Law and Computer Sciences
(DGRI), the Association for Data Protection and Security (GDD) as
well as the German Data Protection Association (DVD). His activities are
mainly focused on computer, internet, data protection laws and
commercial legal protection/ copyright laws. Dr. Selk is Data
Protection Officer in various companies and also guest lecturer at
the University of Augsburg for the e-commerce field as well as
lecturer at the Academy for Corporate Management of the Chamber of
Commerce in Bavaria.

Administration Sandra Heiden is head of consulting at Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll.
Mainly she is responsible for the Key
Account Management. Soon Ms. Heiden gained experience in the event
sector in the parents' company Deko Heiden Corporation in Munich.
After receiving the diploma of German secondary school she went on
studying Tourism Management with the main focus on hospitality
management at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. During
her studies she worked in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Munich and
Intercard, a company for cashless transactions, where she was
responsible for customres support and complaint management. Since
the beginning of 2008 she has been leading the Account Mangement Team
of Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll.

Christoph Mühlich is responsible for the development of the
dailypointTM system group. He has a Masters in Computer Science and
through his long-time employment at the Schörghuber Group Arabella
Starwood, he has a vast knowledge of the IT systems within the
hospitality industry.

The trained lawyer has been working in hospitality since 1985 and
paased through all relevante departments up to directorate. Her
special fields are Marketing and Human Ressources.
Before TS&C Mrs. Toedt was responsible for manager trainings at Hubert Burda
Media.
